The Emotional Audit consists of 5 simple questions that, when asked in sequence, pulls cognitive resources away from the primal area of the brain, to the more evolved areas of the brain that are responsible for strategic and creative thinking.
The 5 Emotional Audit Questions are:
What Am I Thinking?
What Am I Feeling?
What Do I Want Now?
How Am I Getting In My Own Way?
What Do I Need to do Differently?
I recommend getting comfortable with the Emotional Audit questions while you're in a calm state.
Once you memorize the questions, you can benefit from this process in as little as 60 seconds.
